His sense of fun is old-fashioned, his sense of duty is paramount, and he has a hard time adjusting to civilian life, particularly when his other life keeps raring its ugly head waiting for him to show up with his suit and his shield.
But, he'll try. He wants to keep trying to be that guy, the Steve he was before the war, when getting beat up was just a fun activity and not something he did to preserve someone's honor or life or freedom, when having fun meant the same thing that everyone else's having fun meant. ]
