Backtagging: Yes, always. I once got a tag back 11 months late.
Threadhopping: Yes, always.
Fourthwalling: Yes, to any extent, for Steve personally. Please refrain from mentioning canonmates in this manner (IE mentioning "Captain America and Bucky" comics) unless they also have given the go-ahead! FTR his comics exist in-universe for him, so he'll probably think it's neat if people mistakenly recognize him from comics. He'll think the storylines they've come up for him are pretty spectacular and he'll be excited that there are more movies with him (good ones) and that Disney bought his character!!
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Yes, and if there's a subject that's particularly hairy with either me or Steve where I don't wish to continue, I'll send you a private message. I don't think it'll be necessary to write out everything I definitely won't want to discuss!
